I (Ryan) had been telling her for weeks that I had been wanting to try out my new camera and my new tent. Finally, we planned a weekend to do both at her parent's ranch.
Thinking I was just practicing with my camera, she wasn't suspicious that I was filming a lot, having her walk in front of me, etc. She didn't know that I had been there the day before to set up the tent. Inside, I had brought a lot of things that were special to us to set the scene. After we lit the fire, I gave her a journal (with a note telling her to give it back to me.) Inside the journal were handwritten reasons for why I love her and want to marry her, which I was able to read to her. The last page was the proposal and she said.... Yes.
Afterwards, I got to tell her that both of our families were coming to celebrate (and help clean up!) We walked back to the ranch house and ate some tasty Texas BBQ.
Our save the date video is a stop motion filmed in one evening in my apartment - sorry it isn't the sharpest video you've ever seen!
Save the Date!
This is the save-the-date video that we sent out to our wedding guests.

Here are a few stop motion videos that we've put together just for fun. They were mostly created to be viewed on a phone, so the quality isn't too great. We are still beginners, but we really like it!
